Growing Greenwood, a homeownership initiative, is a program designed to address the significant wealth gap in the North Tulsa community and support the efforts to restore the Greenwood community back to a state of prominence. Through this homeownership initiative, the Met Cares Foundation (MCF), in partnership with the ​City of Tulsa, Tulsa Authority for Economic Opportunity (TAEO), and the City of Tulsa's Affordable Housing Trust Fund are providing financial support, as well as education and resources, to first time home buyers to help promote a healthy community.
